A good friend recommended Kyla about three years ago.  Within months of starting private classes with Kyla I was absolutely hooked!   I loved the way my body was starting to look and most of all feel - long, lean muscles, improved posture and a new sense of physical confidence which inspired me to eat more healthily and lose over thirty five pounds.  Two years ago, at the age of 53,  I made a complete lifestyle change and gave up my position as a Bank Manager and did my Pilates certification and am now teaching Pilates full time.  I have met many people in the Pilates field since first working with Kyla but she still stands out as the most inspirational, knowledgeable, compassionate and fun teacher I have ever worked with.

Breathe, dear one, breathe...

SPRING into Summer with a bootcamp based class.  Fun, sweaty and more fun Kyla style!!  

"Workout because you LOVE your body, not because you hate it."

WHAT:  Spring into Summer!  (circuit based class on all Pilates equipment)

WHERE:  Complete Core Pilates

WHEN: FRIDAYS 11:15 AM   April 21-May 26 (6 weeks)

INVESTMENT: $90 plus tax

DESCRIPTION:This is a 4 week course (1 hour/ week). Each session will include a combination of breath awareness, gentle stretches and movement flow sequences, self-regulation balance and sensory activities, and muscle relaxation in resting postures.  The balance and sensory activities are play-based activities that you can use with your children or spouse at home!

 

WHEN: THURSDAYS 2:45pm January 19th- April 20th*

WHEN: 2:45pm Fridays starting Sept 23rd for 10 weeks

WHO: 7-10 yr olds

WHY: Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that is noncompetitive; fostering cooperation, compassion and mindfulness.

COST: $100 +tax (for 10 weeks)

WHEN: Sundays 6pm starting SEPT 25th for 10 weeks

WHO: 11-15 yr old Girls

WHY: Young people today face a huge reange of self-esteem issues.  Let's help create empowered youngng women that share their strength in mind, body & spirit.
