 More than three years ago I couldn't get out of bed some days, do to a messed up back. I was real scared. A friend told me that I should try Pilates. I was willing to try anything...drugs didn't really help and I didn't want to become dependant on medication. I made an appt. for a private session and I started noticing changes within a short time. I did semi private sessions with Kyla and I'd found my teacher. With her gentle and knowing way she carefully worked me to the point were I could join group classes and then to mat classes. Now, I've graduated from beginner classes to intermediate mat classes. I'm the most fit I've been in my adult life and I've lost 70 lbs. not all due to Pilates but definitely a big part of my weigh loss success.

Besides Pilates, we have been jumping in the lake during the pandemic.  What have you been up to? Sarah Penton from CBC Radio asked to chat with us!

In order to act in line with the recommendations set out by our Provincial Health Officer and the College of Physical Therapists of BC, all PHYSIOTHERAPY sessions at Complete Core Pilates have been cancelled for the month of April.  It is our hope that these actions will help to “flatten the curve” and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Classes on the booking Calendar will be VIRTUALLY run for the time being. All you need is a device, a mat & willingness to move!  We've got you!!

All class between 8-3pm will now be on the hour!  So any class that was 9:15pm or 10:15 etc will now be 9am & 10pm respectively!

St Hubertus & Oak Bay Estate Winery and Complete Core Pilates are teaming up for the 7th year running to offer an evening of fine wines and Pilates amongst the vines overlooking Okanagan Lake. The event is via donation (onsite) and will be relaxed, fun and under the Okanagan blue sky.

Pinot and Pilates raises awareness about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and gives an opportunity to enjoy an evening with friends (new & old), clients, and supporters... and where better than at St. Hubertus!
